​I work exclusively with mainstream-experienced professional actors and singers over 22 years in the Australian and international acting industry.

For clarity: mainstream-experienced refers to actors in substantial speaking roles (eg. lead, supporting lead or key featured roles) in commercial, public screen/stage projects.

Private coaching is mainly granted to approved applicants who align with the following descriptions:

• High-profile or well-established professional actors: You have a vast acting history or solid body of work in lead or supporting lead roles in mainstream screen or stage productions or for leading independent theatre companies, such as Sport for Jove.

• Graduates of distinguished acting institutions: You hold a full-time degree in Acting or Musical Theatre from a renowned acting institution eg. NIDA, WAAPA, VCA, RADA, Juilliard or equivalent.​

• Exceptional emerging actors (22 years+): You're already making a mainstream industry impact in lead or supporting lead speaking roles for high-calibre productions and directors. Equivalent to the current rising stars of commercial feature film, Netflix, plays or musicals. You may only have a few major credits, but they're in shows often nominated for industry awards.

• Professional singers or voice-over artists: You're a leading artist with a commercial body of work across high-level stage, screen, concert or recording projects.

• Returning clients or industry-endorsed professionals: You may have previously trained with me – either in a production or industry course – or you're being personally mentored and recommended to me first by a highly regarded professional actor or acting coach who I know directly.

​Beyond established industry experience: I look for actors who embody maturity, artistic excellence, professionalism and integrity. My private clients show a deep commitment to training, practice, creative growth, openness to transformation and a respectful collaborative spirit.

👉IF YOU DON’T MATCH THE ABOVE GROUPS:

Application for in-depth, private training in dialects or voice from applicants outside the above groups is limited, by audition and considered via industry endorsement.

• Applicants must be mature actors aged 25+ with a reputable industry agent, have a public Showcast profile with a recent showreel, and be currently mentored by a highly-regarded industry professional who I know directly.

• For consideration, the industry professional must email me first to recommend you. When consideration is approved, you will be welcome to officially apply for in-depth Skills Training sessions as a first step and provide your Showcast link for me to review your showreel. The process begins with a single, paid coaching session which acts as a "casting" to assess initial results and rapport. If successful, a minimum of four consecutive sessions will then apply, focused on skills elevation training.

📌 Important Note: Applications without industry endorsement, an acting showreel or requiring a login (eg. private Showcast URL) will not be considered.

Due to the exclusive nature of this service, I'm unable to assist or respond to all enquiries. If you meet the above criteria, I look forward to hearing from your professional industry mentor as a starting point.

Some performers and needs fall outside my exclusive private coaching services. To ensure clarity for all enquiries, I’m unavailable for private coaching in the following cases:

• Actors under 22 years: My services cater for a specific calibre of industry professionals over 22 years, as outlined in FAQ #1. I don't offer private coaching to those under 22, including professional child or teen actors. This age group is only coached when they're in the cast of a production where I’m engaged as the company coach.

• Early Career Stage or Informal Experience: I don't offer coaching to actors over 22 years whose primary experience is in early-stage, informal projects or unpaid acting work, such as self-funded short films, acting class scenes, extras work, reality TV or social media/YouTube content. My services are reserved for working professionals with paid, mainstream screen or stage credits in speaking roles. Agent representation alone doesn't meet the threshold, nor does online visibility or audience size. My coaching is designed for actors who are already operating at a specific professional industry level.

• Native Accent Reduction: If your goal is reducing your native accent or developing a new one for your everyday voice, this is a distinct field of speech work that I don't specialise in or offer. A search of "accent reduction" or "accent modification" will guide you to speech pathologists, ESL teachers or voice coaches who are experts in that specific area.​

If your needs fall into any of the above categories, I encourage you to explore alternative coaches or training avenues, such as NIDA Open Program, ATYP, The Hub Studio (Sydney) or a Google search for actor training in your area.

I'm based in Sydney, Australia and work with local and international actors.

Private coaching sessions are held on Zoom. I also offer high-profile and ongoing clients coaching via FaceTime or phone when needed, such as when on set, in the theatre or at a recording studio. In-person coaching is solely offered to professional productions where I'm engaged as the company coach.

Sessions are tailored to my client's unique needs, such as preparing a casting or callback, a booked screen or stage role, or elevating their professional industry skills training. Newer actors may solely be offered skills training sessions as a first step to assess performance level and coaching eligibility.
